  • Cllr VB to update members on progress to date.
4.     Rural Lane Improvement Plan
  •  Cllr T Richardson and the Clerk to report on the meeting with James Ashbrook Ltd ref Smithy Lane
  • To consider submitted quote.
5.     Highways
  • Congleton Link Road – Cllr PA and the Clerk to report on meeting 6.9.19 (notes circulated).

  • Rubbish dumping on G/Wood Lane – Cllr JS to report
  • Water on Smithy Lane – No actions taken. PC to agree next actions.

  • The PC to consider tasks to be completed through the Parish.
9.     Cheshire East To suspend standing orders and receive a report from   any Ward Members present

10.  Planning Applications To consider the following applications and any other since the publication of the agenda –

·       19/4107C Fern Hill, Smithy Lane, Hulme Walfield CW12 2JG – Extension to existing property and construction of car port.

·       19/3859C Sarnia, Giantswood Lane, Somerford Booths CW12 2JN – Replacement dwelling

·       19/2136C Field house Farm, Swettenham Road, Somerford Booths CW12 2JX – Replacement of existing porch, addition of dormer window and timber cladding to existing dwelling, Conversion of existing garage into habitable space. Erect car port.

·       19/3656C Tannoch Brae, Mill Lane, Somerford Booths CW12 2JT – proposed demolition of Tannoch Brae and the construction of a replacement dwelling with detached garage.
